Q. Can I modify or cancel my order?
A. Because we want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please make sure that your contact information and shipping address is accurate. The customer accepts full responsibility for lost packages as a result of incorrect or missing information that is provided. Packages lost as a result of incorrect or missing information given will not be refunded.

Q. Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
A. All Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Q. When will my order ship?
A. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or on Federally recognized holidays.

Q. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A. We ship anywhere in the world using USPS.

Q. I have a store credit. How can I apply it to my order?

Q. Can I use a discount code on sale items?
A. Unfortunately, you can not use your discount code on a sale item. Discount codes can be applied to all regularly priced items.

Q. How can I track my order?
A. Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address that you provided after your order has shipped. You may track your order using the tracking number provided here.
